Kooler Ice was founded in 2007.

In June of 2006, after seeing several ice vending machines out in the market, we began laying out plans for a new ice vending machine.  We believed there was a simpler, more efficient way to bring ice to consumers than the new large ice houses.  We envisioned a machine that was less expensive, compact, efficient and productive.  We also believed that by keeping the unit small, it could replace the current ice storage boxes that consumers traditionally purchased ice from at retail outlets across the country. 

Our design criteria were straightforward - make it reliable, efficient, productive and easy to service and maintain.  Our design provides users with the advantages of fresh ice from a vending machine with the convenience of purchasing ice at retail stores along with other items.  

By eliminating the need for retailers to buy packaged ice from an ice delivery truck, Kooler Ice is doing its part to save the earth’s valuable resources and helping to eliminate toxic emissions into the atmosphere.  Thus, the Kooler Ice Vending Machine benefits consumers, retailers and the environment!

In a short time, Kooler Ice has become a leader in the ice vending machine industry. In the first quarter of 2008, Kooler Ice Inc moved into a 25,000 sq foot facility in Montezuma, GA and hired a plant manager with over 25 years of manufacturing experience to set up and develop a state of the art lean manufacturing facility! Kooler Ice has one goal. To provide its users and distributors with a reliable, durable and well designed machine which will provide a high quality cost efficient product.
