Andy Patel first learned about ice vending in 2007 when he allowed a machine owner to place their machine on his property. The machine eventually had to be moved due to construction, but because of the machine’s success, Andy had always thought of purchasing one of his own. A year ago, he finally decided to do so by purchasing the new IM1500 for his liquor store, Gil’s Package. Andy’s decision to buy the machine was easy due to packaged ice delivery prices going up and having to continuously call to get deliveries. Andy and his customers are happy with the new machine and he has interest in placing more machines at his other properties!
