How long has Kooler Ice been manufacturing ice vending machines? 

Kooler Ice manufactured its first machine in July 2007, since that time Kooler Ice has manufactured over 325 machines and has production plans to manufacturer well over 250 machines in 2011 alone.

While simplicity is critical, Kooler Ice is a firm believer in utilizing technology where appropriate and is one of the reasons why Kooler Ice offers the most advanced machine monitoring system on the market today.  The "IceTalk" monitoring system provides owners with complete control over their machine from a laptop or smart phone and allows our owners the ability to be more productive and profitable.  Kooler Ice has also introduced is own iPhone application to keep mobile users in touch with their machines at all times!

How will Kooler Ice continue to innovate and introduce new products and features?

By listening to the needs of our customers and designing equipment around those needs and by innovating and alway's trying to stay ahead of the curve!

What is Kooler Ice's distribution philosophy?

Kooler Ice is focused on building a nationwide distributor network to sell, service and support our products.  Finding established, high quality businesses to represent the Kooler Ice product line in a defined geographically area is our focus.  While Kooler Ice continues to sell machines throughout the country directly, long term, we believe this model will provide our owners with the best service and support!  

What certifications have you done to protect owners and distributors? 

Kooler participates in the NAMA machine evaluation program which evaluates ice and water vending machines against federal guidelines for sanitation and consumer safety.  This voluntary program ensures that our products are independently evaluated to ensure that we comply with all  Federal Guidelines fore sanitation and  consumer safety .  Each year Kooler Ice is visited by a representative of NAMA to certify our machines and any new products or updates that we have introduced.  To see which company's have invested in the NAMA program, please click on the following link.

Kooler Ice has also invested in having their machines ETL certified (KI 510 / KI 810) to UL 541.  This rigorous evaluation ensures that owners are protected and can be assured that Kooler Ice is following all national electrical codes and standards.

Regardless of which vending machine you purchase, make sure the manufacturer certifies its machines under the NAMA machine evaluation program and has its machines UL or ETL certified!
