Kooler Ice has developed the following support system to ensure that you have the support you need to maximize the return on your investment:
Service Hotline – We have established a 1-800 Service Hotline for our customers. Whether it’s a simple question on the operation of the machine or a more serious inquiry on how to service your machine, our professionally trained service staff will answer your question anytime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., any day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday when you are the busiest!
– Because our machines are simple to operate and easy to service mechanically, we have developed a Video Series for our customers on how to diagnose, fix, and maintain their machine(s). Parts Availability – Having the correct part or maintenance item when you need it is critical to machine uptime and profitability of your ice vending business. With a field population of over 900 machines working in the U.S., we know what parts to stock for our customers and we keep them available in order to provide 100% parts availability to our customers whenever they need a part from Kooler Ice. We also have an online parts store that allows our customers to shop for parts, promotional items and maintenance items when it is convenient for them.
IceTalk Remote Monitoring System – Kooler Ice’s monitoring system is the most advanced in the industry and provides users with a support system that will allow you to manage your machine remotely, 24 hours a day. This system allows you to “work smarter – not harder”, and keeps downtime and trips to the machine to a minimum. Kooler Ice is the only ice vending company that has the ability to transmit service codes from the ice maker to your phone, providing you real time data on not only your machine – but on the icemaker as well.
Maintenance Support – Kooler Ice believes in a strong maintenance program to protect our brand and your investment. A machine with proper maintenance will last longer, have better uptime, and have higher resale value down the road. Kooler Ice, or one of its authorized Distributors, will perform the six month maintenance on your machine to ensure your machine is operating at optimal levels. Or, we will train you on how to do the appropriate maintenance if it is something you prefer to do on your own.
